Return Window
You may request a return for your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at service@carevry.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please reach out to our support team for the correct return address in China.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: 24-Hour Cancellation Rule
To ensure efficient processing, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds within the first 24 hours after placing an order. This window allows our logistics team to prepare your package without interruption.
